Snow/Freezing Temp question

Since Phasmophobia has been released to console, I’ve been playing and I LOVE the game! However, I do have a question about the camp ground. If it’s snowing at the camp ground, where you are obviously outside, how do you differentiate between the snow making freezing temps, or the ghost? Or will the snow never make freezing temps to avoid confusion?
