So I'm currently working at the three letter hell right now. I'm getting very burnt out and very much over it (as in, I'm surprised I've not quit sooner). I've been considering working to a local pharmacy in my town instead, since I've heard it's different from a big box pharmacy (plus they do compounding, which is pretty cool). I just wanna know from those who have worked at Mom and Pop shops: Is it really as good as I've heard? Like I know there will still be stress and all. I'm hoping it's not as bad as what I'm currently dealing with. Is it really all that different?
