Do hospitals typically only do a pre-employment drug test or routine?

I plan on transitioning to hospital pharmacy after spending a few years in retail. I don’t drink and typically after a long day of work I like to unwind with some weed. It’s never been a problem for me and I don’t do it on the job. Would I need to quit?
