Hi. I finally enrolled sa gym and planning to start tomorrow kaya lang super kinakabahan talaga ako. May mga coaches naman daw pero still may kaba pa rin. May mga tips po ba or recommendations on what to do lalo sa first timers. Any motivation po will do. I really wanted to be physically fit and healthy and na-realize ko din na its time na para mapabuti yung sarili ko kaso ayun nga lang nakakaintimidate talaga.
Medyo may alam naman na ako sa fitness and all since physical therapist naman po ako pero very limited lang dahil hindi talaga ako interested before.
Me: 5'6, around 88 kg. Thank you. Your tips will be greatly appreciated.
