I’ve read Atomic Habits lately and it changed my perspective in life. And hopefully it will be a lifetime belief.
I’ve been back to working out again and it kinda gets boring sometimes when I’m doing it alone. Anyone who’s up for an online workout sesh? Hoping it will be around 7pm to 8pm. 4x a week minimum.
Basically, more on strength training ito. DB, BB and bodyweight.
I’ve been an avid follower of Caroline Girvan and my booty grew! Haha. Used to have a group of friends who works out with me pero they’ve returned to the office na. Ain’t nobody got time na.
Am v much open to following other science based yt influencers. We can have the sesh via discord.
