29[M4A] Looking for friends in or around Cubao or anywhere accessble by MRT/LRT

For the past few months, I've been trying to find community and meaningful connections. It's really difficult for me to interact with others in big groups though, so I'm trying my luck out here.
Things about me:
- I'm gay and married, though long distance. So I'm not looking for anything romantically serious. Someone also LGBT-friendly required. I also prefer LGBT-safe spaces, I dislike "masc" spaces
- My personality's more introverted so I found I interact best in one-on-one settings or in small groups of 3-5. I don't mind going to crowds or bigger groups though but yeah, as I wrote, I don't usually find meaningful connections there.
- I'm beginner fit? I gym 2-3 times a week and I'm generally open to fitness activities (nothing too intense though!!)
- I have clinical depression and anxiety and experiencing post-traumatic stress, so someone sensitive to Mental Health would be appreciated. Though I've been able to manage it well with therapy and meds. I won't trauma dump on you and I'm very self-aware and will respect your boundaries. (I'm hoping you'd also do the same).
Some activities I thought we could do: go to the movies, have lunch/ dinner, fitness activities, go to museums, community events, go ukay ukay, go to parks (UP? QC circle?) etc...
