Ilang months na ako nagffall off track sa weight loss journey ko kasi wala yung extra push from accountability buddies 🥹 hoping i could find someone (pwede rin na marami tayo) who also really tracks her macros/daily activity para mapressure din ako HAHAHAHHA we can track ours in like a shared spreadsheet for 3 months ganun or something. No need to workout together, but if we live nearby pwede rin naman.
About me - eastside plus sized girlie - fitness goals: primarily lose fat kasi overweight and gain muscle - been lifting for a year na pero might incorporate running - hirap sa nutrition HAHA need ko ng someone na magwawarning sakin if consistent kong hindi nahihit macros ko and i’ll do the same at an extent - i have some recipes i can share too. Maybe we can meal plan together, list down the grocery list for the week with a budget na agreeable sating lahat

Iwas creeps lang in case you’d want to exchange progress photos - just be extra willing and kind 🥹 someone who will also not ghost me in the middle of our journey just like what my fitness partner did to me last yr ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ - hopefully same din tayo fitness goals and similar ang lifestyle (lifts weight specifically) and mindset (lifting will not instantly make you bulky/look manly!! 😤)
