Hey there! I'm a 39-year-old guy from Norway, currently living back home after a two-month trip to Manila. I'm introverted and a bit of a computer geek (love gaming when I get the chance), and I work as a senior software developer. Oh, and I've been driving local Filipinos around with a car during my stays – kind of an honor, haha!
I'm gay and I've been visiting the Philippines for over 15 years for various reasons, including business and family visits. I even speak a little Tagalog, though not enough to hold a full conversation.
Just so you know, I'm not a fan of bars, clubs, or noisy places, and I don't drink alcohol or smoke. No specific reasons for that; it's just not my thing. But hey, I don't mind what others do in that regard!
Sadly, I just lost my 13.5-year-old Husky two days ago, and it's hit me really hard. It was one of the most horrible days in my life to put him down. I still have one Husky, but I'm feeling really sad and in need of someone to talk to.
What I'm really looking for is an online friend around my age, someone who could become a best friend the next time I'm in the Philippines. I don't care about looks, education, size, or height. It's all about personality and clicking with someone.
I'm not into going out a lot, but I cherish friends I can chat with, swap advice, and just hang out with. I love those honest, heart-to-heart talks, even if it's just through messages or calls.
Just to be super clear: I'm not after a relationship or hookups, just good old-fashioned friendship. Feel free to message me here, or add me on TG at alekslyse, or IG at aleksander.lyse. If we don't click, no hard feelings. But who knows? My few close friends think I'm a pretty nice guy, so give it a shot!
Looking forward to hearing from you!
