Hi. I had some responses to this post. Some worked out (platonic). Some didn't, and that's okay. I'd like to try again so I'm reposting this.

Friends (any gender) or Dates (with women)
In search of that wonderful connection that many of us are trying to get. I've gone on dates since I became single again. Some turned out well. Some didn't. None amounted to something that would last.
I think I'm different than most people I encounter, which makes it hard for me to build connections. Add to that the social ineptitude I have, and I'm a good mix of social awkwardness. I speak concisely in casual conversations (Of course this is long because it's like an essay), and I don't show much emotions. As results, I've been told I'm cold, but that's just me not knowing how to act with most people
But I don't want to give up yet. I've been in relationships before and I can be friendly with people I regularly encounter. So there's still a chance, albeit slim I suppose.
If you're someone (any gender) who plays multi-player video games, maybe I can join you? I used to be a gamer in the PS2 era. I got left behind because of life. Maybe you can lend me a platform? PC or console. I don't mind. If you're a gym rat, maybe we can train together?
If you're a woman who's looking to date a man, maybe you can give me a shot? I've been rated a 7/10 so I suppose I have some decent level of conventional attractiveness. If we have different interests and passions, please tell me about yours? I'm a quiet person so it would be nice if you aren't. But I tend to talk a lot when I'm mentally stimulated. If you want to have an idea of what stimulates me, see my profile.
Message me with an intro and let's try have a conversation going.
PS. I'm not being mean if my replies seem dry or cold. It's just how I am when meeting a stranger I guess
