I just started my systematic review after getting my PICO, questions, search strings, and selection criteria sorted. I decided to play around with the databases (I.e. Medline) to see if there was a better method for exporting the articles from the database to Endnote; I didn't want to go through each page and export the articles as that would take a long time (~25,000 articles across the 4 databases).

Then I found "Range" which is located at the top of the page underneath the limits. Instead of exporting 100 articles at a time, I could do 2000 articles, so it feels good to have saved a lot of time.
