Defending next week and very depressed.

Ever since sending the text to my committee, my mental health has plummeted. It feels like I'm just waiting. My presentation is basically good to go, but I have very little motivation to do anything else. And it's been a bad recipe for fixating on other life stressors. Anyone else feel this way?
