Does this sound similar to what everyone else has? Need help understanding peyronies
Post Body

Pain mostly around/along the bulbous branch artery
Small hard bead like bumps within the shaft, more easily felt while erect/ not-flaccid
Pulsing, "hot" feeling pain, particularly after prolonged erection or masturbation

Not sure if the terms I'm using are right, but this image shows what I generally mean (only mirrored)

I don't notice a particular curve other than the one I've had since puberty, but I do actively try to stretch and massage my penis so that any potential curve is not pronounced. Haven't noticed any specific decrease in length, but I'm pretty chubby so it's possible I've lost an inch or so.

I've always kinda wanted my dick to be straighter, so I do often "massage" myself so that I'm stretching that areas more than not, but it's also possible I might be over-massaging. I've also looked into a DIY traction device, looks like there's exactly 1 3d print file, would it work?

and hey, might be an STD, but let me know if anyone has insights
