Feel something on the underside of penis

My penis kind of hangs weirdly sometimes as if the upper part isn't supported by base so it kind of bends near the base and where this happens I feel like there's a cut or some sort of pinch in my corpos spongiosum, no curve downwards when erect it's actually the opposite as I've always had an upward curve
I'm wondering if this pinch I'm feeling is just from the way it is hanging but unsure
