Loss of sensitivity after Nesbitt Procedure

I had surgery to fix my nearly 90 degree bend nearly a year ago. I’m all healed and fully functioning and while I’m not straight as an arrow I’m closer to what was my normal before PD.
My only lingering issue seems to be a loss of sensitivity. I can orgasm through masturbation, but penetrative sex with my wife hasn’t really worked. I can barely feel any sensation at all when I’m inside her.
Has anyone else who’s had surgery experienced anything like this?
