I adopted a cute 10 month old cat 3 days ago and I love him so much. He was anxious on the first day but he has come out of his shell and is really playful. The reason I made this post is because now I am worried. I have always wanted a pet and after some thinking I decided to adopt a cat. But since yesterday, I realized that I have lost my alone time and that I have to look after him quite a lot. Don’t get me wrong, I do love him a lot but after realizing this I can’t stop thinking about it and at this point I am lost on what to do. I even considered returning him to the shelter but I’m conflicted as it’s been only 3 days.

Any suggestions on what I should do?
