I posted here about a month ago about how my cat's been meowing nonstop. I called my vet and when I explained the meowing issue he said that didn't sound normal and ran several tests on her to make sure there wasn't a medical issue we hadn't noticed. Everything came back clean so he thought the problem was probably anxiety or something similar.

Now she's been on an anxiety medication for a few weeks and she's doing much better! She meows but it's normal and not all day long. She's as active and cuddly as she typically is but she seems a lot more calm and isn't showing signs of anxiety on a normal day. I'm very relieved that she doesn't have a serious medical issue and I'm also glad that she's finally meowing like a normal cat. It was very stressful before and now she's improved a lot.
