I found 3 fleas on my kitten, setting my house on fire isn't an option, advice please.

So, I adopted a kitten a few days ago, I've been searching for fleas and other parasites for a few days now, last night I found one single flea on his head, which obviously made me search for more, and so long I've found 3 more.

I completed lost my shit, because kitten is around for 5 days now, today is a holiday in here, so I already scheduled a vet visit for tomorrow. Now, I deep cleaned my entire house, washed everything and I'm trying to get everything as clean as possible, haven't found any more fleas around.

I don't know if it's gonna be okay you guys, please give me your best advice to handle this.
