I’m 5’0” abs currently fluctuate between 133-137lbs. I just want to get to be within a healthy BMI which is about 127lbs for me. I fluctuate a lot depending on what I eat but with a few days of fasting I am usually around 133lbs. These last couple weeks I really kicked it up a notch with my fitness: I’ve been doing cardio (running, dance cardio) and pushing my strength training with sculpt Pilates and Barre. I have definitely felt the burn abs sore muscles in. a good way. But the scale has gone up to 135 and even 137 last week which is super high for me and I don’t usually weigh that much unless I’m eating crap abs retaining water. I do 16:8 fasting and try to throw in some 20:4 days here and there which normally makes me drop a couple pounds of water within a week but the scale won’t budge.

I know I am eating too many carbs during my window, so going to cut that out as of now. Any advice? I just want to get back down to my low end of range and continue losing.

ETA: I’m not new to working out either, I have always done Barre I’ve just been increasing intensity, frequency and adding cardio.
