for the last two years i have been desperately trying to lose even 5lbs. Last week, I decided to stop drinking coffee because I felt it was exacerbating my anxiety. Before that, I was exercising everyday, limiting myself to 1300 calories, and could not seem to drop a pound.
Now, I'm losing like .5 lb everyday??? I went from 139 to 135 in like 10 days?? Anyone else have an experience with this? I definitely notice I'm a lot less hungry like no desire to snack and I feel full after just a small amount of food. I'm also no longer hungry for breakfast.
