I’ve been trying to lose the last 20 or so lbs for over a year. I just started working with a trainer and lifting heavy with cardio three weeks ago. I go to the gym 3 days a week and stay for around 90 min each time. I also run a 5k twice a week on top of training. I’m still gaining weight! Up 5lbs this week. I keep my calories between 1300-1500. Is this normal? I feel like I’m working so hard and doing all the right things. Why is this so hard?
