Iām 5'0 and 96 lbs soaking wet but I still manage to look 6 months pregnant (despite not actually being pregnant) at all times? My stomach has been like this for years. I thought it could be āanterior pelvic tiltā so invested a lot of time & money into doing exercises and massages to fix the tilt. I fixed the tilt (and now have amazing posture haha)Ā but that didnāt fix my stomach. It still protrudes, and is hard and distended. It seems like an issue with my actual stomach.Ā I thought it could be bloating but my stomach doesnāt really change size during the day.Ā My stomach looks like this from when i wake up to when i go to sleep and all hours in between. It doesnāt really change size throughout the day, I just look pregnant the whole day. I drink water, donāt eat a lot of salt, take probiotics and eat prebiotic foods, have a bowel movement once a day yet I still look pregnant. I got evaluated for IBS just to rule it out and I donāt have IBS. I donāt really get gassy or experience digestive discomfort in general. I also heard that sometimes food allergies can cause bloating so I visited an allergist and found out Iām allergic to fish and pineapples, but I donāt eat either of those things.Ā
Ā Itās like thereās a spare tire behind my abdominal wall. A hard lump of fat. I asked my doctor if it was fat and he said it could be a build up of fat around my organs because the layer of fat that sits on top of my abdominal wall isnāt really that thick. Itās not pinchable fat, and it doesn't jiggle either. It seems to be behind my abdominal wall. But when I asked him how to get rid of it he said he wasnāt sure because Iām already underweight as is, and losing weight could cause me a different set of issues. Like, losing even 10 lbs would be pretty dangerous for me.
The worst part is it all goes away when I suck it in. I literally look like I have ab definition (the 11-lines as they call them) when I suck it in but when I let go, I look pregnant. What gives?!

How do you do any core exercises?!? They hurt so bad for me
