Guys!!!! My arms are the only part of me that I haven’t seen any major changes since February!
Obviously as the scale went down -I am now 128lbs- my arms scaled down along with my body; but unlike the rest of my body, they’re still disproportionately huge!
I have minimal back fat; a non existent bra bulge; almost 0 visible leg cellulite; almost no muffin top; my breasts scaled down along with my body; and my friends always tell me my face and collarbones are 100xs more visible.
Yet the thing that made me want to lose weight is still the same 😩
In the comments I’ll include videos of what I used to look like for more reference
Wouldn’t it be funny if instead of asthma I had pots 😹 I’ll look into seeing my general care doctor but those bitches r always full
Yeah Nvrm I have no idea how to add videos
Thanks girl! I have a scale that measures my bones, muscles, and water and it tells me im in the healthy region.
Granted the low side of healthy but still healthy ig 😭
No there’s only slight change in my arms which I hate bc now I look like I have the figure of a woman with male body building arms 😭 it’s so bad my arms are so pudgy at rest. I didn’t even show a front picture bc it’s horrendous and my fat spills out!!
Every where else trimmed down except the place I wanted 🤦🏾♀️
I’ve had heat exhaustion before and it’s very similar to that!
Standing workouts 📝
I always did the less intense versions of exercises but even then my heart would be beating out of my chest
I do have pretty bad vision since I have glasses so maybe I should try keeping my eyes locked on one place?
Thanks! Do you know if insurance would cover a pt if I went the doctors route?
Think Chloe ting and your typical workout YouTubers
I feel sick minutes after doing intense workouts so I’ve mostly just been fasting. I was thinking of starting Pilates, but I’m scared that even that will make me feel sick.

I’ve tried both but I always felt sick so around midday a couple hours after I’ve eaten.
I used to have intense asthma as a kid where any bit of running would have me throwing up all over myself. I grew out of it but I feel like I’m much weaker than the average person because of all those years of intentional inactivity.
