What small workouts do you do during the day?

I’m talking about life as a busy mom. I can’t go to the gym everyday but I try and do small things when I can for example trying to do a small 30 min workout here and there. But what about just doing random crunches or squats etc when there is time. Is this beneficial?
What small workouts do you squeeze in? I’m on maternity leave but will be going back to work soon and need ideas! My job is VERY hard and I’m seated for usually 7 hours with very few breaks
