Post Body

When I eat more than one serving of any vegetable I'll be full for the rest of the day. I'll be very full off of 600-800 calories a day if I add a lot of vegetables into my diet. I'll have to cut most of them out except for one serving. Is this healthy if I don't eat junk food? Can I take my vitamins in pill from instead?
