Hello! I'm not new to working out (though still a beginner), but I am new to the idea of calories in/out. Before I was just eating a little and thinking it was enough, but it isn't!
I'm 5ft and 95lbs, and I'm trying to find substitutes for protein shakes, I've tried many different brands but they all broke me out and my skin was NOT happy and I'm still dealing with the scars to this day.
Chicken and pork belly are my main protein choices, but it's not very gentle on my tummy especially in the morning before/after working out.
Im trying bagels with butter and cream cheese, but was wondering what other people would eat in the mornings, thank you!
I don't know how to thank everyone for their suggestions just know I'm definitely going to try a little of everything! 🙏
I'll have to try canned salmon, smoked salmon at the store is getting too expensive 😭ty!
yeah iim gonna start eating more eggs, i kind of forgot how easy it is to make those. and yes eating isn't really hard but growing up i had a bad relationship with food so even now when i think about eating food sometimes i just wanna puke even though i KNOW im hungry and my body is desperate for something
Ohhh thank you this is easy to understand now when looking for food!
Thanks!! What do you mean by protein being at least 10% of calories?
Thank you! What is protein filled pasta specifically? Like the pasta has protein mixed in or you mean like add protein into the pasta dish? Also YES I can't believe I didn't think of Pinterest recipes 😭

I think it was just me, I had protein powder that had whey, and I tried another vegan kind (I forgot the names of all of them) and I got pimples in areas of my face that NEVER broke out, and once I stopped drinking it, I stopped breaking out.
