How to lose when dealing with hypoglycaemia?

I was on a steady .5 a week loss but Iā€™m struggling because I have reactive hypoglycaemia so I have to eat more often. Even with only eating healthy things I always end up over with the amount I have to eat AND trying to make my snacks a fat, carb and protein.

Any tips?

Edit to add Iā€™m aiming for 1400-1500 a day and working out with a trainer two days a week and walking/yoga on non gym days
