Hi there! First - can I just say im so inspired by all of you in this sub... especially those who are brave and confident enough to show progress pics! It's so inspiring and keeps me grinding!!
I'm not new to fitness... but I was pretty in the boat of running, and then doing OrangeTheory, and then Peloton... now I'm at a gym and needing to design my own workouts through going online and reading.
Anyways... I have to admit im struggling to understand the difference b/w a drop set and an AMRAP. I understsdand what an AMRAP is... as many reps as possible....
But isn't a dropset the same thing? How do I incorporate the "drop" into that set?
(And also - if anyone has any good free online resources with workout designs please please share!)
