Hi all,
I was curious what everyone's favorite strength training or weight lifting plans are. I have access to an apartment gym that's stocked pretty well with equipment, but feel overwhelmed every time I go in there. I've also lifted weights in the past, but for some reason feel like I've forgotten everything. Would love your opinions and advice on a plan that helped you out!
