I (18f) have been going to the gym for a while, but I haven’t went these past couple of months. Now I’m going back and I don’t know if it’s a good routine for me.
My goal is to maintain weight, get muscles (emphasis on glutes and abs), and strength. However, I don’t want any chest workouts bc I’m scared to reduce my breast size :)
My meals are TERRIBLE. I’m in college and it is hard to get healthy food, there are more fast foods than salad places here. I can’t cook since my dorm building doesn’t have a kitchen. I don’t have many protein option as well. Also I’m quite picky…
I would love a new routine and meal plan!
