154cm - SW 81kg - CW 61kg
In April 22 I didn't recognise myself in the photos so I decided to make small goals towards being healthier. Walking, drinking more water, tracking calories etc. I ate anywhere between 1200-1500 calories.
I didn't start Strength training until December and by February I ended my cut and started eating at maintenance up around 1800-2100 calories.
There's about 15kg in between the April and January photos. There's only 5kg in between January and June.
Trust the process fellow petites!
