Want to get fit, but don't know how

I'm 5'3' and about 71kg (156pounds). I gained quite a bit of weight since the last time I checked where I was at 59kg and tripping about my weight (since I had an eating disorder). I eat now pretty intuitively, and don't really track anything (in fact probably overeat because my Asian mother thinks I need way too much food and force feeds it). I was also on this medication for 6 months that's known for massive weight gain.

For the past 5 years, I've been scared to exercise, and now barely even walk more than 2k steps. I'm tired and I feel terrible about my body, especially since I can't seem to fit in any clothes anymore and I'm too broke to buy more. Please help :(
