Has anybody lost a significant amount and then been completely unable to lose more without gaining it back?

Hello all, I’m 21F, 5’3 - over the past year I’ve went from 152 pounds to 130, and although I’m satisfied I really want to be anywhere from the 115-125 lb range. The issue is, ever since I hit that 130 lb mark, I feel like I can’t lose any more without gaining it back - I got down to 127 lb, but then binged for weeks and went all the way back up to 135, back down to 129, up to 131 again, etc. I keep losing a few pounds, but every time I do I binge and gain it back. I’ve never had this issue before and it’s very frustrating - for context I’m very active, with 13K steps minimum every day but I commonly get 15K and get 20k sometimes, and I do 30 minutes of strength training five times a week along with 2.5L water daily and 1500 calories daily, along with 100g protein daily. I’m doing everything right and not underrating so I don’t understand why I’m binging - and yes, I let myself have a little treat each day to prevent binging and this still happens. I don’t know what’s going on 🤷‍♀️
