Okay, so I’m currently debating on if I wanna do a mini cut.
I’m currently okay with my weight but have some fat just naturally around. My maintenance is currently 1500 however I’m concerned about cutting down to 1300 as I’m concerned my body will signal that to losing muscle, and making it harder to get back up the maintenance later on
Is going down to 1400 even worth it or should I go down to 1300?
How long should I even cut for without causing metabolic damages.
