Here is my before and after! First pictures on left are from Dec β22 and the right are from last week. The after is hopefully my new normal. I know itβs not for everyone but counting calories/macros really works for me. I started with 1350/day but when I upped my activity I moved to 1500/day with an emphasis on protein (I aim for 150g a day and usually end up somewhere between 100-120). I started strictly tracking late February and averaged about a pound a week weight loss. I do a specific cross training program for dancers so itβs hard to say what my gym routine is as itβs not the same every day/week- but it includes a lot of resistance training, weights, and push, pull and hinge movements and I do it 3-4x a week. This is honestly the best I have ever felt without feeling like Iβm depriving myself of food.
