My personal goal is about 150 grams of protein a day. I usually have about 2 meals and 2 snacks (this keeps me full till the evening) so that Iโm around 1400-1500 calories a day.
Pancakes: flourish mix (200 calories, 23 grams of protein) Protein powder (forgot the brand but itโs vanilla milkshake flavoured, 120 calories, and 27 grams of protein) Half a cup of protein milk (80 calories, 9 grams of protein) Chicken bacon (70 calories for both and 9 grams of protein, more of a treat for me)
Just thought Iโd share for anyone who is looking for ways to get protein in that are still delicious!
