Abs without low body fat
I want some ab definition and a neater waist but I don’t look good when I have much lower body fat.
I currently have 30% body fat according to my scales (5’2” 124lb). I don’t mind losing a couple of lbs but anything more and I’ll look scrawny I feel.
I know targeted weightloss isn’t a thing but I was wondering if abs are only visible at super low body fat %.
30% seems high but it doesn’t really look it on me. In my opinion.
