Found the photo on the left from when I was at my heaviest weight on the left (F22, 63kg/139lb/9.9st) to now (F26, 55kg/121lb/8.6st). So crazy to compare how I looked. I definitely remember feeling really sluggish.
Photo on the left I wasn't exercising or watching what I was eatin at all. I know I'll get asked, so currently just roughly watching what I eat (Consuming 1500-1800 calories a day) and running around 3x a week or 20 miles approx. I am currently training for a half marathon.
The biggest difference hasn't ever been from exercise but from watching what I eat or counting calories.
Goal is to drop to around 50kg/reduce body fat as my legs still feel very heavy when I am running. I carry most of my weight in my thighs.
