I posted a few months ago about my difficulties with losing the baby weight. In the past few weeks, the weight has finally been coming off! I started at 132 and today weighed in at 120 (Iām 5ā0 ). Goal weight is 105 and then body recomp. Iām finally starting to feel like myself a little bit š„² posting this made me realize Iām about half way there!
edit: my dietician recommended this website to me. I love that all recipes are developed by registered dieticians. all the food has been delicious so far.
