almost 2yrs of learning self-control, working myself up to 10k steps a day, and IF and i've finally surpassed my goal weight and gotten down to 114.6lbs!!!

at my biggest, i was 170 and extremely sick/lethargic almost constantly, and now i feel so much better and happier with myself :D

the active lifestyle will continue, but i'll probably start eating at maintenance pretty soon. any suggestions for that? my body got so used to 1300 that even just getting up to 1400 was a struggle. i'm thinking of upping my calories by 100 every week until i hit 1800. any other suggestions are definitely welcome!
