Rebounders and Runners who also lift, how do you prevent overtraining legs and/or leg soreness?
Post Body

I bought a Jumpsport trampoline a few weeks ago to get some cardio (after developing MS several years ago I have zero cardio capacity), and it's super fun and helping my endurance. I jump lightly to warm up on weightlifting days (sometimes only 5 min if I'm really tired), and around 10-15 min hard (split into 2 sessions) on off days. I might be jumping too hard, but my quads/tendons leading to knee are sore almost all the time these days.

For those of you who do leg-heavy things on your off days (fellow rebounders, runners, etc.), do you feel like you're overtraining your legs? Did you have to ramp up slowly? And lastly, what does your workout schedule look like? Thanks!
