I am a 25 year old 5’0 Foot female who weights 160 lbs. I have been strength training at home by doing free weights lately for an hour (arms and legs) and on most days I do 30 minutes of cardio on the stair master when I go to the gym.
I haven’t lost any weight which is discouraging me but I have read on here that I shouldn’t look at the scale. I used to run all the time and only run and that did help me lose weight but it didn’t shape me up at all.
My goal is to have a feminine body and look more “girly” because right now I look like a rectangle 😭 lol. I want a butt and a slim waist. I measured my waist yesterday and I am at 37~40 inches 😓
I added my calendar from my activity on the Apple Watch to show the days I’ve been working out.
