ive been eating healthy and working our regularly for about 5 months now. i'm 5'3 and weigh 110 but recently been seeing more on the scale (seemingly due to where i am in menstrual cycle?). to combat this i was going to go on a clean eating cleanse, ginger tea in the morning, green juice (skipped today), big green salad (kale, spinach, chicken, avo, carrots, some broccoli, walnuts), a little less than 3/4 can chickpeas to snack on, and a smoothie bowl. prior to my smoothie bowl i looked 2 months pregnant legit. ive always dealt with ovulation bloating but nothing like this. should i go back to my regular eating? ive always ate healthy but im thinking maybe the fiber from the salad / chickpeas are affecting me? so bad to the point i may go get an exam from doc bc it's out of the ordinary for me. if its fiber, how long does a fiber bloat last bc it's been like 6 hours now. even got gas x in hopes it would help with the bloating but still nothing :( advice??
