Aug 2021 I was at 124 and in my most recent physical this month at 136! I was shocked because I don't really see any visible gain since my weight shows up pretty evenly. I started pilates 2-3x week since Dec 2021 and I have a fairly active work day on my feet. With those things in mind, I have a feeling it's how much eat and when I'm working what I eat. Are there any healthier snacks or meals that are simple to make that I can have on me throughout my day that is a good start? Any general on starting a eating changing journey would be great!
