Did bulgarians, finished, went to set up hip thrusts and when I grabbed a 45 pound plate on got a sharp pain in my lower back on my left side (where I was holding the plate). Rested and finished up legs that day, went back to do legs 3 days later finished Bulgarians, went to do RDLs and got that same pain while just standing. Decided to end my workout after that to not injure myself. Any tips on what to do? Don’t think my form is bad, as I’ve been doing them for as long as I’ve been lifting and haven’t had a problem until now.
