What do you all do to maintain your healthy eating habits during vacation season? There seems to be a get together every weekend, or camping, or a trip. I do best on a schedule: bfast, lunch, snack, dinner. When I’m not on a schedule, I’m very exhausted and cranky. I notice this when I skip a meal.
As a person with very little will power, I just go ahead and snack or graze all day. Does anyone have a mantra they tell themselves? I do well with sayings and mantras. Or even a little script that doesn’t sound mean when I refuse an item of food offered?
Edit: another question! I’m not a huge alcohol drinker but it’s everywhere. Any mock tail or low sugar drinks that can be sipped like a cocktail?
