I’m turning 21 soon, and i’m 5’4 at now 100 lbs, not my starting weight but what I’ve ended up in. I’ve tried everything :( and I went through a horrible depression after some events a few months ago that stopped me working out and eating/sleeping right. Then I went back to my normal routines but I don’t think I’ve been eating enough. I’m going to start working out again and try to have more calorie intake. Is there any workouts or foods or recipes I could incorporate into my daily life? Anything to help with weight gain?
