It's been my forever goal to run 5k. It should not be particularly hard but the thing is I keep stopping my "training" and have to start all over again. I've never progressed beyond a certain point. I'm really struggling to build habits.
Yesterday, my app suddenly said you're running for 20 minutes today. I was scared, I wasn't sure because the previous exercise had been run for 8 minutes and walk 5 five.
But I did it!!! And I didn't struggle while doing it. I don't know when that happened. I still haven't run 5k but this is such a tremendous achievement for me. I was going really slowly, and running on a track so there's no elevation difference but I did it. It still counts.
