I am 4โ10โ 21f, not super comfortable sharing my exact weight but itโs under and Iโd like to gain muscle and be back in a normal weight range.
I have never consistently went to a gym or worked out. I donโt even know how to get started, Iโm signing up for an LA fitness membership in a couple weeks. what are some good routines, supplements/powders (safe for breastfeeding preferably.), websites, etc?
Right now I canโt even run a 1/2 mile, as much as I hate to say. I cannot carry my 30lb toddler up stairs without being winded. So beginner friendly please ๐
