Hey guys about a month ago I added weights into my routine, and I started to move a lot more, atleast 5 days a week I go on my treadmill at a speed of 3.4 for 30-40 minutes but my weight is not budging at all, I do see physically some changes but I feel like I am not lifting heavy enough to even be gaining muscle I just lift 3 lb weights and I do that every other day. I am 5’1 and 156 lb, I eat around 1300 calories a day and about 2 times a week I eat 1500, I know I am forsure not underestimating my calories, should I eat at a maintenance and then try to eat 1300-1500 again? I really don’t want to go lower than 1300 because I am pretty active but a lot of people are saying I’m no longer in a deficit and that’s making me so bummed out thinking about going lower cal, any advice would be appreciated
