Is it normal to feel less strong when you’re about to get your period?
Post Body

Hi ladies. So I’ve been working out consistently for over a month with no issues. Last night when I was doing my normal workout with dumbbells, I noticed that it was somehow difficult? It felt like I couldn’t lift those weights and I felt so weak. I checked my app and my period is projected to start in 8 days. Does that have anything to do with it? And if so, how can I overcome it?
